How to Find Banks Community United Methodist Church

Banks, Oregon is a small but historic community located about 25 miles west of Portland, Oregon and just off U.S. Highway 26. It is nestled beside the Coast Range, in a beautiful and fertile timber-rich area of Northwestern Oregon.

From Portland center: Take US highway 26 westerly for 20 miles and depart leftward onto Oregon Highway 6. Continue westward on Highway 6 to the right off-ramp that connects to Highway 47 in Banks. Turn left at the stoplight and proceed to Depot Street.

From Forest Grove center: Go north on highway 47 for 7 miles to Depot Street in Banks.

From Tillamook: Take Oregon Highway 6 Northeast 50 miles to the right cloverleaf exit and circle to the north onto Highway 47. Proceed under the overpass into Banks.

From the North Coast: take US 26 eastward until it joins Oregon 47 near Buxton. Continue straightway with Hwy 47 easterly for 6 miles into Banks.
